Ingredients:
3 tbsp - oil
1 - onion
3 cloves - garlic
1 inch - ginger
1&1/2 tsp - cumin
1/2 tsp - turmeric
2 tsp - chilli powder
2 - tomatoes
1/2 cup - coconut milk
1 tsp - salt
15 peeled shrimps
2 sprigs - coriander
2 tbsp - lemon juice
Method
- Heat oil, saute onion; add garlic, ginger, cumin, turmeric and chilli powder.
- Fry for 2 mins, add tomatoes, coconut milk and salt and boil.
- Simmer uncovered for 10 mins.
- Now add the shrimp and cilantro and cook covered for 5 mins.
- Add lemon juice and serve.
